ISB is now knowledge partner to Goa govt

Hyderabad Indian School of Business said its research centre and Institute Bharti Institute of Public Policy has entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the State Government of Goa, on Tuesday. The knowledge partnership will focus on evidence-based policy formulation and its impact in the State.
As part of this agreement, Bharti Institute will aid in furthering the State Government’s objectives to improve the social and economic prosperity indicators through evidence-based public policy interventions, capacity-building workshops, and citizen-centric governance-based initiatives.
The MoU was signed in the presence of the Chief Minister of Goa, Pramod Sawant, by B Vijay Saxena, Director, Directorate of Planning, Statistics & Evaluation, Government of Goa, and Prof Ashwini Chhatre, Executive Director, Bharti Institute of Public Policy, ISB, in Panaji, Goa. Ajit Roy, Secretary to the Chief Minister, with Power, New & Renewable Energy, Mines & Geology portfolios and Dr Aarushi Jain, Policy Director, Bharti Institute, ISB, were also present.
